Family Support Program

Do you and your family need help to get along?

Our Family Support Program supports young people aged 12-24 by helping improve your family relationships. Every family is different, and we work with you to find the best solutions.

Through case management, we will help your family strengthen your communication skills, build community connections, and have more positive relationships. Our goal is to help children and young people thrive in a stable, supportive environment and help families stay together whenever possible.

Please know there is help available.

No matter how hard it feels right now, it will get better, and you don’t have to do this alone.

  • Step 1: Contact us
    02 8976 1777

We know reaching out can be a big step, but it’s an important one! If you need someone to talk to or help with your situation, please call us and ask to speak to someone in the Youth Housing department. Our friendly team is ready to listen and support you.

You can call us Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

  • Step 2: Provide basic information

During your call, we'll ask for some basic details to assess your situation and discuss the next steps.

  • Step 3: Meet with us

After you call, our Team Leader will contact you to organise a face-to-face meeting. During the meeting, you’ll need to discuss your housing situation in more detail and establish whether we are the appropriate service for you.

  • Step 4: Make life work for you

If your application is successful, you will be given a case manager to help you map out goals for the next 6 months. Our goal is to help you get on your feet and gain the skills you need to be independent and successful in your life.

Depending on your situation and the options available to you, the next steps will vary.
