We are looking for a Volunteer 'Volunteer Co-ordinator' for our Inner West office

Mrs Kim Backhouse is our Volunteer Co-ordinator in the Northern Beaches office and a volunteer herself, read more about it here.

We are now recruiting for our Volunteer Co-ordinator for our Inner West office. The main aim of the role will be to organise the volunteers participating in our Volunteer Program. You may assist with a variety of duties including program planning and assist us with the recruitment, training, placement and retention of volunteers.

Skills

  • Are you a natural organiser and leader?
  • Do you love working with other people?
  • Do you have great communication and people skills?
  • Are you a team player?

Requirements

  • Do you want to make a difference in the life of a young person aged 9-24 years?
  • Are you able to give around 6-8 hours per week?
  • Do you live in or near the Inner West and have good local knowledge of the area?

Training

You will be provided with all necessary training and induction.
